Caleigh Ryan is an award-winning producer and creative storyteller with over eight years of experience leading narrative and branded content across sports and entertainment. Currently a Feature Producer at Big Ten Network, she has directed and produced major projects like The B1G Story: Penn State – The Streak, and a multi-part series with Iowa Women’s Basketball.
 

Caleigh has also worked closely with the University of Washington in both creative and operational roles, helping launch strategic campaigns like the "Boundless" docuseries. Through her production company, Caleigh Creative LLC, she partners with organizations like MLB, League One Volleyball and the ACC to deliver content that drives impact without compromising creativity.
